What we stock: pulled and refurbished server memory (RDIMM / LRDIMM), VRAM and HBM chips for GPU repair and refit, and memory ICs. Every line below corresponds to physical stock held in Shenzhen and can be inspected before shipment.
Most lines are quoted per order, because quantity, condition grade (new / refurbished / pulled-and-tested / pulled-untested) and lead time vary by lot — for those we issue a written quote with lot details, photos and test results attached. Where a list price is shown, it covers the standard tested grade at quantity 1; larger or graded lots are still quoted in writing. Lead time is typically confirmed within 24 hours of the part number being sent.

How to read this list
Each row is a distinct physical lot rather than a catalogue line. The SKU identifies the exact part, the condition column states how that stock was graded, and the quantity column reflects what was recorded at the last stock review. Where a unit price is shown, it is the price for the standard tested grade at quantity one. Where the column reads "Request quote", unit pricing depends on the quantity, the grade and the destination, and is issued in writing rather than published.
Part numbers that do not appear here are not necessarily unavailable. A large share of what we ship is sourced against a confirmed enquiry, so the list reflects what happens to be on hand rather than everything that can be obtained. If you are looking for a specific part number, send it with the quantity you need and we will confirm availability, grade and the shipping window.
Condition grades explained
Four grades appear in the condition column, and the difference between them is a difference in who carries the risk rather than in whether a part works:
- New — factory-new and sealed. Lowest risk, highest cost, and any manufacturer warranty passes through unchanged.
- Refurbished — cleaned, inspected and functionally verified before packing. Cosmetic wear is normal and does not affect operation.
- Pulled and tested — removed from decommissioned equipment and functionally verified by us. The usual choice when working parts are needed at a fraction of new cost and normal signs of prior use are acceptable.
- Pulled, untested — removed from decommissioned equipment and sold as-is at a corresponding discount. Suits buyers who run their own test capability and can absorb a small failure rate.
Because grade drives both price and risk, it is restated on every written quotation rather than left to interpretation from the listing.
Ordering, inspection and lead time
Stock is held in Shenzhen and can be inspected before shipment. Buyers based locally, or travelling through, can arrange a visit; remote buyers can request photographs and test records for the specific lot before committing. A quotation is valid for seven days from issue, and a quotation is not an order — an order begins when you confirm the lot and the destination.
Lead time is confirmed against the lot and the destination rather than assumed. Where stock is on hand and the destination is served directly, dispatch follows cleared payment. Where the quantity exceeds what is on hand, we source against the confirmed order and state the expected window in the quotation. Documentation, packing and any certification the destination requires are confirmed per order, and the part numbers quoted are the part numbers shipped.
