A part number tells you what a module or chip is, but not where to buy it. This page maps the numbers buyers already have — OEM service part numbers and original manufacturer part numbers — onto the stock lines we hold. Send whichever number is on your own records.
How to use it: search this page for your part number (Ctrl+F on desktop), or ask Ms Aya directly. If the number is not here, send it to us — the list is what we hold stock against today, not the limit of what we can supply.
Server memory — OEM service part numbers
Server vendors assign their own service part numbers to memory modules. A Dell or HP spare number is not a different module from the maker's part — it is the same goods under a vendor identifier. Any of the numbers below is the same physical memory as the stock line beside it.

The cross-references above are interchangeable server-vendor part numbers, stated as a matching aid. They are not a claim of affiliation with Dell, HP, or any other vendor.
HBM and VRAM — original manufacturer part numbers
HBM is sold by the chip maker's part number, and the useful fields are generation, density and stack height. Where a part number below resolves to one of our stock lines, it is listed beside it. Where the maker's number is shown without a link, that is a line we can source on request rather than hold stock against today.

What to send us
Send any one of these and we will match it:
- The maker part number printed on the chip or module label.
- The OEM service part number from your own records (Dell, HP, Lenovo and so on).
- The specification, if you do not have a number — for example "16GB DDR4-2933 1Rx4 ECC RDIMM" or "HBM3e 24GB 8-high".
We will reply with the stock line we hold, its condition grade, and a written quotation against the physical lot, with lot photographs and a test report before shipment. Where the part you need is not one we should be supplying — a platform that requires an OEM part under support contract, for example — we will say so.
