For your own protection, never send card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents by message. We will never ask for them. Payment details are only ever confirmed on our signed quotation or order confirmation.
What to include in a request for quotation
The more of the following you send, the sooner we can quote a firm price rather than an indicative one:
- Part number or SKU, including any generation and speed suffix (for example RDIMM DDR4-2933 2Rx4).
- Quantity, and whether you expect repeat orders.
- Condition you will accept — new, refurbished, or pulled and tested. Condition drives both the price and the warranty.
- Platform the modules will be used in (server model, or the CPU platform generation).
- Destination — country and port — so we can quote the right Incoterms and transit time.
- Test evidence you require, if any (see what a memory test report contains).

Not sure what you need yet
That is a normal enquiry, not an inconvenience. Send us the part number you are replacing, or a photo of the label on the module and the machine it sits in, and we will come back with what is compatible and what is not, including the options we would avoid and why.
We only quote what we can actually supply and can stand behind. If a part is not available, or is not worth buying at the current price, we will say so rather than quote it anyway.
